Delete your account

Delete your Routeville account and its data at any time, in the game or by email. It removes you from every ranking board and can't be undone.

From Settings

  1. Open Routeville and tap the gear on the Home screen.
  2. Go to Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted, and you're signed out.
By email · within 30 days

If you no longer have the game

  1. Email us from the address you signed in with (the email of your Google account).
  2. Can't use that address? Include your support code from Settings → Help and support.
  3. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

Played without signing in? Then there's no account on our servers. Your progress is only on your phone: uninstall the game, or clear its data in your phone's app settings, to remove it.

What happens to your data

Deleted

  • Your account, email address and sign-in details
  • Your display name, avatar and title
  • Your cloud save and progress in every game
  • Level results, ranked runs and every ranking entry
  • Trophies, rewards and achievements
  • Problem reports you sent

Kept

  • Purchase records, without your name or account, for refunds and fraud prevention
  • Analytics totals that can't identify you
